I think this horse is the one going forward with the most upside. Only a very small and lightly framed filly so going up to 57.5 is a slight query, however, does look to have the talent to offset it. If SUTTO’S GIRL jumps they will want to use 1 with intent and BIG MUSKIE blinkers first time also expecting intent. This will provide a nice trail and possible box seat from the draw. Don’t see the mile an issue. BEST BET

R4 Box Quinella 3 Rayjen 4 Big Muskie and 6 Caboche – Pretty confident with this, Caboche the hardest to beat but Big Muskie away from Eagle Farm would not surprise.

R5 – 2 Horse play with No 2 Smooth Move and No 13 Niccis spirit. Juicy odds in an even race with different form lines, both of these horses are still on the up and happy to be with them despite drawing a bit wide.

R6 #5 Refero – Will bounce back from the last Eagle Farm shocker, likes the track and he’s the EW best today.

R7 #8 The Move – Great race here, like how The Move has been progressing and while up in grade will measure up particularly with a strong tempo being all the help.

R8 #1 Ligulate – An old favourite for us, will be fairly short and while I’m wary of Wapiti it looks to set up well for ligulate.

How can you knock him honestly? Try and I’m telling you this horse will pull your pants down. Look in all honesty I think we need a soft 7 or better to be winning here but he’s going deadset super. I do respect the market horse but those odds are toxic for a class rise like this. Barney jumps from 9 which is tricky but Taylor is on and he’ll do his best to put him in a winning position. You know what you’ll get from this horse, he’s tough. E/W
